DESCRIPTION:Student Services presents a workshop based on the book 
 ‘Stolen Focus’\, which aims to provide some advice on how to improve 
 focus\, thereby allowing you to study smarter.\n\n Topics covered will 
 include reasons why our focus has been ‘stolen’ and tips for how to 
 improve in this area. The workshop will conclude with dedicated time to 
 create your own personalised and focused action plan. \n\nPLUS all 
 attendees will have the opportunity to win their very own copy of ‘Stolen 
 Focus’ by Johann Hari.
